Use of the App
The use of the mobile application called "REWANS" (the "App") and the services that Fresh Air Innovation, S.L. (the "Company") offers through it is fully subject to these general conditions of use and privacy policy. By downloading or using the App, you accept these terms in their entirety.
Registration as a User & Services Offered
The App is intended exclusively for individual consumers. Commercial use of the App is prohibited. To access the services, users must register and meet the eligibility requirements established by the platform.
Responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide and for using the App in accordance with applicable law and these conditions. The Company is not liable for misuse of the App or for service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
Industrial & Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and design elements within the App are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

Functionality & Interoperability
The App requires GPS geolocation, internet data, camera permission (for QR prize redemption), and physical activity access (pedometer) to function correctly. Compatibility depends on the user's device and operating system version.

These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. Any dispute arising from the use of the App shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
